N. platychila, seed grown species


Endemic to the Hose Mountains of central Sarawak, N. platychila is known for its smooth, flared peristome and funnel-shaped upper pitchers. Seed grown from Christian Klein in Germany.

This plant prefers highland conditions.  It should be kept around 70-80°F during the day and 50-60°F at night with a very high  humidity around 75% and higher. RO water or distilled for best results. Bright, indirect light.

Intermediate/Highland. Main image is a representative of a mature specimen. Exact plant as seen in the secondary image. 2+ inches in diameter. Seed grown. Shipped potted.
