N. pervillei seed grown
Nepenthes pervillei is endemic to the Seychelles, where it can be found on the islands of Mahé and Silhouette. It grows in rocky soils near mountain summits. It prefers to be kept more on the dry side and have ample air circulation. It was once thought to be it's own genus due to certain morphological features such as its seeds lacking wings. Rarely seen for sale, we are offering greenhouse hardened seed grown plants imported from Christian Klein. Main image shows a mature specimen in the wild photographed by wildlife photographer.
Note: Red tinted leaves are due to the high light levels we had in summer.
